We hope you love your new Labella London Jewellery, however if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’re happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 14 days.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non refundable.
To return your item please alert us via the ‘Contact Us‘ form on our customer services page.
We aim to process your return and refund you within 14 days from the day that we receive your returned goods. We will reimburse you minus the delivery cost using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods together with your receipt in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. Where labels or tags have been removed we can reasonably decline your refund. Additionally we can deduct from your refund for damage or wear and tear where you have used (or excessively handled) the item and this results in the value of the goods being diminished. Please note, that returns postage must be made at your own cost.
Where an item is faulty we will endeavour to provide a replacement item, however in the event we are unable to provide a replacement we will provide you with a full refund.
